But they also noted the 5 least expensive cities ranked from 135-140...???? And Toronto is #82.............???
They should probably just say the least expensive MAJOR cities. Or they should've said the top 140 most expensive cities..something like that.

I don't understand why Ho Chi Minh city is up there. When I was there, it cost like 80cents to a dollar for a bowl of noodles and 3 cents to 40 cents for tropical fruit blended drinks.

Real estate there is insanely expensive. A run down property could cost the equivalent of hundreds of thousands of Canadian dollars. A million dollars for a decent home there is not uncommon. The costs of building is dirt cheap there, but it's the property that's costly. The city is really tightly packed.
