Ok, heres the problem:
I have someone emailing my business with orders, but i think theyre phony as they seem alike in some ways. They list diff email accounts and whatnot.
Heres my Question:
Is theyre anyway to prove that it is all coming from the same person? How does RFD know when people create multipule accounts, and such. Is theyre any easy (or not) way to prove it.
Ive asked for a phone number and address for this person, and theyve given it to me for one order, but i dont want to waste my time asking for phone numbers and addys from the others as i think its the same person just trying to cause trouble (Same spelling mistakes, similar 'talking' ect has led me to beilve this)
Thanks in advance... i hope you can understand what im talking about

In your email program, open email to show with full headers. Check IP address of sender. this may give you a clue.

If the person doesn't want you to know, you aren't going to find out. It's very simple to send fake/anonymous e-mails and/or spoof IP's.

If your business is big enough, hire an IT guy to take care of this stuff for you.
