Often wondere if this is just an ' urban myth' or if it's based on some science.

But, since it's against government policy and illegal to point out differences between races, a lot of science and research done gets skewed and many other projects that should be going on don't happen. This is stupid because it's very likely that combining genes of races or focussing research on certain races could produce superior antibodies.

I read in the National Post a few months ago that in Africa guys were complaining about the free condoms given away were too small and they were not using it to reduce to pregnancy/aids. Now they are given away XL size condoms to them.......

This is similar to the bra size in Japan. Japan bra sizes are always one size smaller than North American bra sizes.

Japan 32C = NA 32B
