Does anyone know where I can find the best price for iGuidance or some other GPS softare?
The only Canadian place I can find it at is at GPSCentral.com but it is kinda overpriced even with a high exchange rate compared to US sources. I prefer buying from Canada though to avoid paying Duty.
Thanks!

If you need a gps receiver too then the bundles are often the best way to go for legit software.
I bought mine from the US from this place:

It's about $20USD cheaper now, but the exchange is getting worse as we're waiting for the other political shoe to drop.
edit - mke sure you search around a bit as they often have promotional deals with forums like Aximsite ("AXIM5" or something similar gave me 5% off). The shipping is kinda steep unless you can find a discount code.

Wow. That is a lot cheaper. The coupon is expired and it seems like that they don't give anymore unless you donate to them and even then the 10% does not apply on the bundle I want. But even after the very expensive shipping I should still save a bit. Unless I get charged a ton of duty. How much duty would they carge on a $200 item?

There no duty, but you will be charged 15% tax (ON) + brokerage. Cheapest borkerage is $5 using USPS.
