I just bought a Frigidaire FFC0522DW 5 cu ft chest freezer at FS on sale for $240. It was a whopping 10.00 off the regular price. Would like to PM with any lower price ad from any Canadian dealer. Thanks.

doubt you will find lower I have the same unit but a 5.5 and I got it at 230, that is pretty much rock bottom from what I found

how did FS deliver the freezer? i am planning to buy the 9 cu ft at FS for $350 before the sale ends on Dec 16.

I'll be picking it up at the store (GVRD). I don't know when, but they have changed their policy regarding appliances. When I bought a dishwasher from them a few years back they delivered it to the store for my pickup. The salesrep said they don't do that anymore, the item can be picked up at their warehouse in Langley, B.C. or it's $50 for delivery to your home or to the store for your pickup. In my case, the rep said they usually carry one new 5 cu ft freezer on hand because it's small.
