Receive credit card payments or money transfer options

I've been using Paypal personal account for a while, it worked well so far.
However I wouldn't like to upgrade it and get charged 3% on every transaction.

I am looking for other options to receive credit card payments, mostly from Europe.
I am aware of Bidpay which is for auction payments and services for online payments which I am not ready to go for.

Any other ideas?

Also, are there any reasonable money transfer services, not like Western Union or Moneygram?

Yes, you're allowed to have 2 PP accounts
1 basic, 1 premiere

that's what I do, and convenient
although I still says NO CC PP on my eBay auction

Yes, I check too and it is allowed.

But it's unbelievable that there is no competition to Paypal.
