Had this unit for over 10 years.. it has been very well taken care of and is excellent condition.

It has fit both our 27" and our 32" TV's. It has a large bottom pull-out shelf to put away CD's, DVD's etc, pull-out shelf over TV, it also has an opening glass door on the left side where all the entertainment equipment is stored.

The dimensions are as follows:

4 ' 7 " W
1 ' 11" D
4 ' 3 " H

Price drop $500 > $450 > $400 > $350 OBO picked up.

Yeah I know, I guess people just don't realize the value of OAK. I have seen tons of other wall units on here relatively the same size and condition for $200-400 and most are just pine (one of the cheapest types of wood)
