Like the title says, looking to buy the firewire for ipod as well as the 6 pin to 4 pin converter for ilink. Thanks

you mean the FireWire-to-iPod cable? which is 6 pin on the FW side
I do have one lying around
while most laptop only has 4-pin (unpowered) FW port

Ya, that one, but the thing is I need another converter that connects the regular firewire with the ilink pin for my notebook, cause sony only uses ilink instead of firewire, but its the same thing....
