Foremen/managers of the team get about $30/hr.

The person taht owns teh business probably hooks up about $10,000 a month depending on how many jobs they got.

easy to get into and do.
You just scoop stuff into a special bag and carry it out into a truck until its all gone.

Education? high school education and some general labour expirience is an asset. A clean/full drivers lisence is also an asset.
