View Full Version : Indigo: Returns Policy?

Bought some stuff at Indigo recently, did a quickie price check online and it seems the prices have gone down a LOT in the few days since I bought them.

Everything's in mint condition, and I got the receipt. Should I have any problems returning them? The items are design books; not technically textbooks (which I'm always told cannot be refunded), but they do hit a hazy grey area.

The website's listed policy only applies to orders purchased online, far as I know...any Indigo employees/frequent customers want to shed some light? :)

Don't think you can return after opening, unless the product arrived in damaged condition.

Shouldn't their return policy be like Chapters since they're the same company? I say just go and try and see what happens. hehe the Indigo employees might not even know those kinds of books can't be returned so try your luck

Some places might consider these books as reference books (though I'd argue they are not), wanted to ask. :-0

Online chapters says 30 days, but my local Chapters store has a sign saying 14 days.

My friend works at the Indigo headquarter might give you the exact answer. But then again, he might not, he hates the place.
