You cant expect the best video quality considering that most stores don't allow you to videotape or take pictures in store.

Honestly, I think the video was terrible. I mean, I didn't even laugh, you couldn't see the guy being kicked out, horrible quality, very slow. I mean, at the end their was no benefit other than the one for apple that got the money. The guy could have joked around the store and ask for warranty (like a joke).
Money could have been donated for people who needed more....... minimum he could do is use the money from the broken ipod sale for donation....
Shoot a video of him surprising a poor family by giving them money or maybe a very good gift they wouldn't be able to afford.......
