Well a 12 year old car might be a stretch, but this is possible.
One of my neighbors has a 1999 Volvo S80. And today he has a mileage of 28000 km on the odo.
He's an older gentleman who only uses it for actual trips.

its kinda a little too much for a 93 car...but it all depends...if the condition is really good, its really worth it...the Cherokee now a days compare is this is ****....the new one is a piece of crap besides the engine is bigger (V8) which just kills more gas! the 93 last for ever if u keep it in shape...and the milage can be true...i have seen a 1982 BMW for 130 000km true milage, one owner..o its possible...some people have many cars.....I also know someone with a 1983 MB 300SD with about 127 000km on it...coz that guy has 4 cars...
after all, photos will really help! gl
