Team SwiZz
-----------
Dirk Nowitzki
Yao Ming
Richard Jefferson
Chauncey Billups
Michael Redd
Josh Smith
Al Jefferson
Samuel Dalembert
Shaun Livingston
Earl Boykins
Jose Calderon (I BELIEVE IN HIM)
Desmond Mason
Nate Robinson (I hope he beats Starbury for starters position hehe)
How does the lineups work? Can I switch my lineup throughout the week? In between games? Like if Im watching on TV that Boykins is playing insanely well yet he's on my Bench in the fantasy league, can I switch him into a starters position at that instant?

well obviously cause i drafted them first
heeh...but thx........yea I also think Al Jefferson is going to do much better this year.......now that Toine's gone....i think he'll play the PF position wont he?.......so i believe he's goign to get MUCH more minutes.....hopefully if he can stay out of foul trouble..he's going to be a great steal as a fantasy player..

yeah, take it from wanted... the gm that drafted michael finley in his 1st round.
obviously, its hard to tell which players were still available, but id say that chauncey billups, richard jefferson, and michael redd are way overrated fantasy wise.
i dunno about drafting nowitzki with the 3rd pick either.

Well, from tonight's draft
12 team league, head to head, scoring: 'FGM,FG%,FT%,3PTM,PTS,REB,AST,ST,BLK,TO'
7th pick overall
T. McGrady
B. Wallace
L. Hughes
C. Maggette
S. Dalembert
L. Odom
C. Webber
J. Crawford
R. Felton
G. Wallace
M. Miller
T. Ratliff
M. Williams
Overall, I am okay with the team. I want to trade for a better PG. I think I have too many wing players (T-Mac, Hughes, Maggette, Odom, Crawford, Wallace, Miller), but 4 of those guys are GF's which gives me a bit more flexibility. I wish Odom were a F instead of a SF though, and he should be since he'll probably play a bit of 4.
Thoughts? I think that I'll do pretty well on steals and blocks, which at least guarantees me 2 categories a week. I am probably going to get raped on the boards, and I might have some problems scoring since 5 of my players will probably average between them about 7-8 pts.
If Webber stays healthy and finally gets used to playing with AI, Phil forces Kobe to pass Odom the ball, and Dalembert is actually worth 60 mill (10/10 with 2-3 blocks), then I should do pretty well. But...eek

I think Felton that low is a steal. Webber where you got him isn't bad either, but there's always the health issue. Of course I haven't done a single draft yet this year so I have no idea how people are picking and strategies.

You guys shouldn't of let him into the league. He's mocking the other managers by doing that.

What an odd draft order. How can Shaq last til the 3rd round???? Don't you guys know good centers are rare.

What an odd draft order. How can Shaq last til the 3rd round???? Don't you guys know good centers are rare.
Yes, but everyone expected Shaq to dominate last year as well, and he only posted 23/10.5, 2.5 blocks an 3 assists. Still really good numbers, but the only other offensive option on that team was Wade.
This year they've added J-Will, Posey, and the chucker of all chuckers - Walker. Which to me says there will be less shots to go around. So Shaq's points will probably take a bit of a hit, but his rebounding *might* go up, although Shaq's never been dominant in that catergory. But overall, I expect Shaq to play less.
Also, having Shaq will basically tank you in FT% given the sheer amount of shots he takes and misses there.
Plus, Shaq has supposedly added more muscle, which is never good for someone who has chronic foot problems. So if he misses 10-15 games in the regular season, which he can afford to do now since Miami is so loaded, his overall contribution will then drop by 15% compared to someone else who plays the full season. Still good numbers, but not a 1st round pick. And if you look at the draft order, he was taken right after Bosh (last pick of 2nd round), so you could easily reverse those picks which means that Shaq actually went in the 2nd round.

I did post some FA's that i was looking at:
Deron Williams, Luther Head, Rashad McCants, Bonner, Corliss Williamson, Troy Hudson, Voshon Lenoard, Marquis Daniels
BTW, do you think Desmond Mason will be starting for Milwaukee? He did pretty decent last year with 17 ppg...but thats cause TJ Ford was out...and now he's back, and so is Bobby Simmons...think he'll still have a starting role?
