Just picked this up from Costco (location near Warden & Ellesmere) beginning of the week. I think it's a hot deal and the cashier also complemented that the price was great. Isn't advertised but look in the watch case to one side.

Hot deal? Regular retail $89.99 but I bought two for $28.99 each.

They have a couple of different styles but I bought one that looked exactly like this -->

- Has Indiglo as well as looking dressy.

Comparable sale on Ebay, but Costco has better price --> Ebay ad for same watch for more money. (http://cgi.ebay.ca/TIMEX-MENS-EXPEDITION-TRAVEL-SERIES-DUAL-TIME-WATCH_W0QQitemZ5024923973QQcategoryZ111676QQrdZ1QQ cmdZViewItem)

Thanks for the post. Where did you get "Regular retail $89.99" price?

Any link that? This would help to understand the value.

Ebay link does not tell much as you can ask any price on ebay - it does not mean someone will pay for it (you can see 0 bids on this item anyway), also it is sold in Australia, and I don't know how our market is compared to Australian.

I know for the fact that in Europe electronics prices are significantly higher then in US and Canada, even after considering "taxes included" factor.

:)

I saw this one and some other styles earlier this summer at Costco. The $89.99 was in the packaging of the watch itself.

I'm looking for a watch but this isn't my style. I wonder what the other ones look like...

If you guys want good deals on watches check out www.campmor.com

Its based in the US but they have some very nice watches below $20.

Shipping to Canada is another $10 but due to the low value of the watch I have never been charged customs or taxes.

I highly recommend.

$9.97 and it looks soooooo nice at this price. Better than those $6-7 watches from Walmart.

Wow! That does look like a nice watch for $10 when it's normally $70. :D

Costco has had those Timex watches for nearly a year now, for that price... There are a few different models. They are usually on one of those square cardboard display pallets, with stacks and stacks of product. Usually in the clothing section, or near the jewelry counter, near the front...

I'm thinking into getting that watch you pointed out.
The grey faceplate makes it even cooler. Do you guys think it's a trustworthy company to deal with?

That's how these small crappy watch stores stay in business. Its like 1000% markup.
