I'm looking for any type of suggestion on memory foam pillow. I bought the one from WAL-MART ($14.xx), it is not a standard size and it's pretty crappy. I have tried it for one night, the next morning, I felt like crap.

Looking for a good one that some one might be able to recommend.

Thanks

I tried the costco one at $22 and thought it was crap!

My dad bought the Tempur one off ebay for $90 and likes it. Much cheaper on ebay then in stores

No kidding,, but if you buy the high end from shoppers drug mart or a tempur dealer you pay about $150-200 for large deluxe size pillow. Makes ebays $90 price for a tempur cheap looking.

You will not find this brand cheaper anywhere in Canada except for Ebay

apparently only the highest of quality memory foam pillows are good. alot of places including walmart and ikea and costco have memory foam pillows, but they are essentially no different than a high density regular foam pillow

Sears sells them. Just keep an eye out for the flyers each week as they go on sale once in awhile. (or indirectly with a certain % off everything or saving the tax if you show up before some ridiculously early time).

How much do they normally sell for @ Sears? got to do a little justification on the price.

There really is a big difference between memory foam pillows. I have had experience with the Costco one. To me, it doesn't even feel like memory foam...just foam. We were at a home show and picked up a real Tempur Pedic pillow for 60 bucks.....there is no comparision. The good ones will feel quite firm and heavy. You want a pillow that doesn't squish super easy (like the costco one).

Basically (though I haven't tested it) if you dropped the costco one from over your head onto the ground, I would expect it to bounce, while the real one would just hit the floor with a thud.....and that is what you want.

I would not buy another one from costco, for 20 bucks you are better off going to winners and coming home with 3 pillows.

As for 90 bucks being a lot of money for a pillow, it's all relative. After all, you only use it every day for around 8 hours a day. If that pillow lasts 1 year, I dont find 30cents a night to be all that expensive :)

Sorry, I'm not sure about the price. You can check it out next time your pass by. A pillow is something you use everyday for something really important, just find one that fits you best regardless of price.

get the real Tempur....it's worth $90. I've had one for 5 years, and have never slept better. Got it off ebay.
