I am looking for the best deals people have got from Rogers Wireless as an existing customer looking to renew (I have had the same plan/phone since 2000!). I want to upgrade to a family plan (2 phones), but maybe it is better to have two separate phones/plans with Rogers? Any tips/advice would be appreciated!

if you're done your contract or almost done, call CS and threaten to cancel

they should offer you the retention plan

yes, that's right. They offered me a plan for $20, 250min(?) weekdays and unlimited weeknights with free call display for the duration of the term (1 yr). But do check your bill every month. I hate that Rogers always charge you extra without tell you!!

Nice deal. Only 1 year? That is surprising... trying to find out what handset upgrade offers people have got as well with the new plans?
