well I need help..

I joined the basketball team at my HS and i made it...but 1 problem...every morning at 7 30 when practice starts and we do our drills...i get tired toooo fast and i want to faint....anyway to help me keep up and not get tired...


btw practice is 1 hour and we almost never get water breaks...thx

lol, I can survive that...but the suicides we do in gym kill our teacher over does it.

Suck it up and get used to it? If you're getting winded pretty fast, it means you're not in game shape. The more you do the drills, the easier they will get as long as you give it your all. Practice is supposed to prepare you for the game. You have to have that stamina and energy for those late stages of the game when it could all be on the line. How much do you think the pros train/practice for? I guess I could suggest eating healthier too.

practice by yourself on the days where you don't have a practice/game, only suggestion I can give ya.

Edit: And make sure you get a good nights sleep the night before the practice!!

ya i was gonna go this morning..but i fell asleep at 3 00 yesterday so i was too tired to go.

You started yor ball team up already danm. What school do you go too? YeahYou'll be like that for a couple of days your gonna get used to it but the good thing is when your coach feels your conditioning is up he'll let down on the suicides at least thats what my coach did. try jogging on spare time or bike riding or some cardiovascular excercise. I'm going to be in the same boat as you in a couple of days :(

yup ball tryouts already started..2nd week of skool....i go to emery....

well ur right..im used to it now..he cut down the suicides..now we play games....

lol o ya i seen that one...they only put him on the ball team cuz he was black ;) lolllllllll he laced up his jordan 2 lows and went on the court and sucked.
