There's just too many options to start a poll.
so name who you think and why or just a stab in the dark.

I think Zigmund Palffy will win it, he was a 100+ pts scorer on bad teams, and now that he has the support around him, i think he will run away with it, especially if he gets to play on the powerplay a lot with Lemieux.

Dany Heatley!! or Vincent Lecavalier!......I think both should have breakout years....Vinny was just on the verge of super-stardom the last time the NHL played.

Heatley was "great" on a lousy team, or a one line team like Atlanta....He should really come into his own with Ottawa..Where he won't be one of the "two guys" relied on to carry the load like he was in Atlanta.

Iginla,Thornton,Naslund,Lemieux,St.Louis, are all very capable if they all stay healthy!!....It should be interesting too see who ends up on top.... Wide open race ...

Thornton. He'll also be in the running for the Hart.

Perhaps Nash? Maybe just the Rocket Richard though.

If Lemieux can 60 games or so I say its his for the taking.

Or Naslund. I'm thinking he will have a very productive year this season.

If healthy, definitely Mario Lemieux.

IF mario can stay healthy he is a relatively safe bet, otherwise i'd say nash (look for 50+ goals), st louis,

if heatly and kovalchuck were still playing together i'd think they would get the art ross and rocket richard trophies respectively

I'm thinking either St. Louis (who'll benefit from the two-line passing) or Thornton (who is entering his prime and has Brian Leetch).

Lemieux if healthy.

Jason Spezza for those who like underdogs.

I'd say Marcus Naslund.

My money's on Mario Lemieux. He's back with a vengeance, and a pretty decent supporting cast.

Todd Bertuzzi.

Or he'll take the Lady Bing.

Iginla or Heatley.

And Palffy has never scored 100 points. Never scored more than 90.

If it had to be an underdog, I'd say...well, he ain't an underdog, but I think Jagr can come back.

For favourites, if Lindros is healthy, and playing with Mats, it'd be Mats.

But the safe bet would be Iggs, or St.Louis

Naslund. Been a Top 4 scorer the last few years.

Its amazing how Lemieux when healthy is still the best player in the league. So I say Mario if he plays around 65 games.

He is tearing it up in pre-season and I expect the same in the regular season. Crossing my fingers for a healthy Mario this year.

Yeah, me too. I got Lemieux in my main pool and a couple of my secondary pools. We drafted really early before Lemieux tore up the pre-season so I got him really late when everyone was avoiding him like the plague. I hope he can play at least 65 games.
