LF: Nikon 18-70mm lens for DSLR

Looking to replace the kit 18-55mm lens with this maybe sometime soon or in the future. Have to decide what to do first though.

I am wondering if anyone is selling a new or used Nikon 18-70mm lens? If so for how much?

I saw one on ebay but I dont have an ebay acount and have heard horror stories relating to ebay so Im not going that route.
