View Full Version : Does the Dell DJ30 support MP3PRO?

Just wondering if the DJ30 will support MP3PRO before I convert all my mp3's to it. Also if it does will there be any sound quality lost? What I mean is will the DJ think it is FM radio quality since MP3PRO is 64kbps.

don't bother using MP3pro... it's a dead format (not to mention hardly any devices support it :lol: )

u want "quality" mp3s? use EAC and latest LAME (with -v# tags)

Well what does anybody suggest I do to make my 65GB's of MP3's collection smaller. They are all already encoded @ 128bps.

do nothing, transcoding those mp3s will just make them sound even crappier, as if 128kbps wasn't low enough
