just to confirm, these are the full file versions, which means you don't need original CD to perform the update, you just have to run these files :)

People still use Outlook? I thought with all the virus scares, people would all use Mozilla or abandone POP3 all together. I just forward it to Gmail.

these problems are usually caused by dumb users (if i may call them that)

for safety i would recommend getting SP2 for word and excel

some macros are really evil and SP2 would give some protections to that
