Primus is offering the 1st 3 months of home phone serivce for $19.95/month (include 1 feature) and $29.95/month after that. They offer 100 Air Miles when you sign up, plus 25 Air Miles if you automatically pay your Primus bill each month using your Amex card, plus 1 Air Mile for every $5 in monthly spending, and 50 Air Miles for Long distance sign up.

I'd like to know how are Primus services, good or bad?

I can't speak for their home phone service, but their talk broadband (VOIP) is great. I've used it as my primary home phone for about 5 months now without any problems. Their customer service rates a little lower than Bell only because they generally have longer wait times. Voip is $30 for unlimited calling in N. America and every feature you could ever want. I've only experienced one occasion where my phone didn't get a ringtone--2 am while rogers was performing "network upgrades".

Overall, I'm pleased...plus the airmiles deal is pretty sweet too.
