The price of entry is $32CDN plus GST
The Lan party will take place on Oct 29-30, in the Century Plaza Hotel in downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada. Up to 100 participants will come together for casual gaming, socialising, and fragging for some neat prizes.

Nobody will go home empty handed from this event! Whether it be a t-shirt or a door prize, everyone will walk away with more than just great memories.
Registration is limited to 100 people.

Is anyone going?

I'm thinking of bringing my team for CS1.6 and half my team wants to do UT2K4.

Prizes look like meh, but it looks like fun. Would be pretty ****** if only like 30-40 people show up, though.

Might as well gather a few friends and play CS at someone's house and have a mini tournament if that's the case.

I haven't played CS for soooooooooo long. I would probably get worked over! But 100 ppl at a LAN party sure sounds fun!

my team came 3rd for CS1.6 and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for unreal tournament 2004 1v1.

The leader of the team that won CS 1.6 (Gamingdevils) won the full system door prize.

He also won an OCZ 512mb Dual channel kit... some t-shirts... some arctic cooling nv/ati silencers... and the $75 ncix gift cert + ecs motherboard for 1st place CS 1.6

Pretty damn lucky. =)

The announcer girl was like "are you ****ing serious?" when they picked him out of the draw... I found that pretty amusing.
