Hi everyone,
I will be renting out a room in a brand new condo right beside square one in mississauga. The condo is being built right now and is to be ready for move in feb/mar 2006. Here are some details on the suite:
2 bedroom
2 full baths
large balcony
beautiful finishes
hardwood floors
stainless steel appliances
very spacious layout
I will be occupying the master bedroom/bathroom and there will be 1 bedroom and full bathroom to rent out. I am looking for a responsible, mature, professional roomate with references/stable job, etc. The living room/main area will be shared.. I'm going to spend some decent money to furnish the place nicely. This condo is literally right beside square one/city hall.. very close to all ammenities, ideal for someone who works in the area.
I would like to guage interest for rent $$.. but I am looking for $700/month to cover condo fees/property tax. Any feedback or interest would be appreciated, thanks.
By the way, I am a responsible mid-20's male, stable job, easy-going, etc. I have had experience renting places while in university so I am quite keen on getting a roomate who is respectful and generally easy going and considerate..
