Seems like a pretty good deal for a Lexar:

CTY Computer (http://www.cty.ca/)

(It's right on the homepage, under "Hot Stuff.")

What is the transfer rate ?
Lexar has a SD platinum card which is 40x, and I believe this $69 card is below 40x.

I'm pretty sure that SD reader at FD is only USB 1.1.

I was going to buy that reader back in January when they were selling them for about $7, then realized it was going to take forever to do any large files transferring with a 1GB SD card...

Depending on the packaging of the Lexar 1GB sd card. If you see the yellow labelone, don't buy it. I just returned it to Lexar for RMA because the card is malfunction. If you see the blue label one, then it could be safe to buy. I don't think the yellow label one is still on the market, if it does, stay away.
