I keep thinking about this experience that just happened a couple hours ago. I'm walking out of the elevator at work. The basic rule that you learn in society when you are growing up as a child is that the person walking out of the elevator has the right of way. You don't walk into an elevator while people are walking out. You wait for them to walk out of the elevator, before you walk in. It's only common sense. Why would you walk into the elevator and block their way from walking out. Unload, load. It's very basic. Well I was getting out of the elevator and the simple rule of waiting for a person to exit the elevator before another person enters was ignored. I simply said you're suppose to wait until we got out. Then I left.

I hate that one too....I feel for you. I tend to steamroll anyone who does that, even if it's not my floor :)

when two cars come towards each other in a side street, and you let them pass, they don't even bat an eye and give you a hand gesture for a thanks.

also this morning, a pick up tried to veer into me! because we both went into the sidestreet together. the street is wide enough to accomodate both cars but apparently this pickup owner felt that I was in the wrong for proceeding along with him and he veered toward me! to scare me! off. was a jerk. the road was big enough for the both of us. He was a newbie on that road since he wasn't familiar with the width. a-hole.

People who say excuse me when I am not even in your f--kin way. They say that just because I am occupying the same vicinity as them.

No, EXCUSE ME!

People with garlic breath - oh yeah, that means you, if you had hot wings and beer last night. Better go gargle. :cheesygri Seriously, it is an extremely nauseating and offensive odor for me to smell, and too bad so many people are 'into' eating garlic.

Bad breath is bearable because you can avoid it by not taking to the person, but body odour, now that's different. I saw these guys walking around in a mall the other day, everytime they passed someone, that person would turn around to look at where the smell was coming from. B O makes me want to gag. That's why I cringe whenever someone sits next to me on the bus.

Yeah, you can chew gum for a quick solution to bad breath, but people laced with cologne to cover BO smells terrible.

Blach - no amount of gum, or mints, or anything, will actually do anything to diffuse that strong garlicky odor. ICK!!! I swear, I can smell it from across the room if someone ate garlic today or yesterday. Remember garlic breath comes from out of the pores, thus, is more like B.O. in some ways.

Hard to say which is grosser though, B.O. or garlic breath/garlic pores.

People who can't handle a 4-way stop intersection. I mean COME ON HOW HARD CAN IT BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Problem is it only takes one person to hesitate and screw up the whole system so that no one knows when to go.

arrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggg

I swear I'm going to buy a tank soon and when it's my turn I won't care who's being an idiot, I'll just go. sigh

More ttc pet peeves:

On the subway during rush hour. Big group of people try to get onto the train, and you've got the people who are on the train already blocking the way cause they like to lean on the glass backing near the doorway. Especially pisses me off on the old subway trains, when the doorway isn't as wide. Essentially reduces the doorway so its single column. When a big group of people board, get the **** out of the way. Whats even worse is that those people don't get off until the end of the line, yet feel like their legs will give way any moment and they have to lean on something.

I've had this happen to me at Future Shop at empress walk. I was looking to purchase a copy of Battlefield 2, and there are two versions - CD and DVD. I wanted the DVD since its less disks, so I ask the sales there where can I find one. He points me over to the CD version, and says "Its actually better. DVDs only read at 8x speed, while CDs read at 52x. So essentially, its faster" I just gave him a really surprised annoyed look, said thanks, and headed over to staples to buy it... sigh....

What annoys me the most are stupid thugged out teenage kids making noise in movie theatres and stores. I see them everywhere these days, and I get so annoyed when they're fiddling with their cellphone ringtones or decide to chat about something else during a movie.
