Suggestion on selling a cellphone over the internet

I posted my ad on buysell.com to sell my p910i for $750 and there are 3 people want immediate purchase for the item. One of them say he will pay it by bidpay and say he will give me $1000 in total for the phone and the shipment(about $200 by Fedex since he want it to be ship to Nigeria west Africa). Should I trust him? anything I need to be aware?

I have posted my gym for sale which is a really good deal but still $3500, I have recieved 3 requests to immediatly purchase. One I know for sure was from the UK. What these loosers do is request a bunch of your personal info which I think is an attempt at ID theft. Disclose nothing!!!
