Hey guys,

I'm getting married next year and I need to get started with the planning. Do you have any suggestions for websites that would be good for getting ideas for venues and reception halls? I am in Calgary so anything near would be good if you have suggestions. 300 people and a classy wedding ...

There won't be much for you to decide on.

Key word. You.

www.frugalbride.com was what we used when we got married in 2001.

You should have asked how long they've been together first. :D I got married after 10 years together so I was quite sure.

I am in Calgary, and just got married at the Knox United dtn two months ago. I still have some supplies to sell, if there are things you need. Post a reply and I will let you know more. Also, I have recent wedding magazines and a wealth of info on Calgary caterering etc. that I would be glad to share with you.

I only recommend one thing: don't use Silver Springs Community Hall, but their capacity is only 212 anyways.

I agree with the others: the Frugalbride and Weddingbells links are 2 of the best.
