I need a bank statement from them, but don't know when I can expect it. About what day of the month do people receive these?

They don't send them monthly anymore.. only once a year (I believe) I'm becoming less impressed with their service as time goes on, as they cut out and charge for things that they once gave for free..
You can view (and print) bank statements online.. I'm not sure if that will be suitable for your purposes, though.

ONline is the fastest and easiest way to get a full reconciliation of your bank transactions.
YOu can also print one up on the atm of the current year's transactions.

The royal bank still does send paper statements once a month.

so does BMO, but i rarely open it now. it goes straight to the shredder, unopened, unless it feels thicker than normal. then there might be some special offers in there.

login to your bank account ->
top menu: "special request" ->
left menu: "account activities" ->
left menu: "request or stop mailed statements"
fine print:
"request current or future paper statements for the no fee bank account $1.00
per statement, per month
reproduction of past statements $5.00 per statement"
---
if i remember correctly, i used to get the statements before the 10th.

They've stopped mailing bank statements for quite a while already. I remember they sent a notice about it in the mail. At the time I was disappointed but now I'm glad because it's much more convenient checking online especially since discovering Roboform (http://www.roboform.com/). :cheesygri It's not like credit card statements that you have to pay off every month so you want it on hand to remind you.

It is advised by banks not to use password managers for online banking.

I still get mine via paper.
If you joined the "e-statements" with that chance to win a trip for two, that's why you got fscked over.
I still get mine in paper, no cost.

So is it usually a day near the 10th? I was hoping to get it a little sooner. Might have to just print one then.
