I bought something from someone on Ebay. I have entered all the shipping information and the seller sent a tracked package. Yet, it keeps on getting to Penticton and being sent back. It has happened twice.
The seller is doing everything right, but I may have to pay him again for shipping. Is there any action I can take against Canada post to get some sort of reimbursement for the shipping?
