Future Shop Fails to Give Me a Credit

On August 10th, I purchased an ATI AIW Pro 9800 graphics card from Future Shop. They had dropped the price on this item by $150.

The next day, they bumped up the price drop to $200.

Now for almost THREE WEEKS I've been e-mailing and phoning them to ATTEMPT to get a credit of $57 ($50 +taxes) on my VISA account.

Zilch! Has anybody out there had a similar problem?

If you can't get any action through email and their customer service voice line, where do you go for assistance?? :mad:

can't you try to do it in store? If they won't do it, just return it and buy it again

You go to the store with your receipt, but it's been three weeks, so I don't know if their price guarantee is still applicable anymore.
