Price for a used Athlon 64 3000+ s939 ?

I've been offered a chance to purchase a used retail s939 AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Winchester. The cpu was purchased in October/04. Any idea on how much I should pay ? Here are the markings on the cpu:

ADA3000DIK4BI
CBBID 0451BPGW

Any information or opinions would be great.

I saw the XP3000+ at CC for $183 + tax. Where did you see it for $180 ?

Thanks for the reply. The cpu would cost me $205.85 including tax from Infonec which is more than I want to pay for the cpu. I'm going to offer $135 and see what happens.
