Trillian - MSN names dont update automatically?

No, because if you read the Trillian.cc support forums the creators can't replicate the problem or even begin to know why it happens.

right-click the user name and choose toggle email/friendly name display. then do that again. it will refresh that person's name. You have to do it for every user.
