Wtb: 19" Lcd

I am looking for a BRAND NEW or MINT 19" LCD for my computer. I want to use it to watch movies so response time is not very important. Also, I prefer LCD with no speakers (since I got my 5.1 system) and would like warrenty with the monitor (if possible). IT MUST NOT HAVE DEAD PIXEL, NOT EVEN ONE.

I will deal with seller in GTA (prefer Scarborough region) and pay in cash. I am looking to spend about $270 - $360 depending on the model.
