McDonalds online nutritional calculator

Came across this randomly, thought it might be of interest for some.

It's quite a shock when you see the paper version; no "nutritional" chart has ever had so many heart stopping calorie figures.

I'm not sure why McD's would put this online, since the locations I've been to try so very hard to hide their charts.

"McDonald's" and "nutrition" are two words that don't really go together...that's an oxymoron for the ages. I'm not a health nazi, and I'll go to McD's every once in a blue moon, but even I know this stuff will kill you if you eat it enough. I just ran the nutritional value of what I ordered the last time I ate at McD's, and there was enough fat, sodium, and calories to choke a horse. :eek:

I agree, mcdonalds is horrible....but the bad thing is that it taste good when ur really hungry!

I gave up McD's long ago - about 3 years now. It's not like I don't eat it at all, but it's usually only when I'm with a group and then only when I'm travelling... but it is cheap food... and I find it interesting to check out the local offerings they have around the world.

And I'm a very big sucker for toys!

LOL I remember those guys. They used to have Mayor McCheese, and Big Mac (the beat cop). Hamburgler used to be really nasty looking. His face was shrivelled up and really menacing looking. But I guess he freaked out a lot of kids during personal appearances, so they made him cartoony. :D

The nutritional calculator has been on there website for a few years now. Its not hidden or hard to find..

Mcdonalds has many healthy alternatives.

If you dont like it dont eat there, but these anti mcdonalds posts are a joke..

but our nutritional charts has been on the back of our trayliners for quite a bit now

i guess what i ordered last there was not too bad

total meal had 550calories and 24g of fat :|

double hamburger, small fries and small Diet coke for 2.99 :lol:
