I am selling my thermalright sp-94. It kept my celeron-d 2.4 (oc'd to 3.33 ghz) at only 37-38 degrees.

It comes with a quiet Zalman fan and the necessary installation accessories (backplate, screws) for a Pentium 4 motherboard. I used it for an Asus P4P800 and it worked great.

Looks more like an SP-94 than an XP-90C. Still a good deal though. Those are quite respectable temps.
