I use fido PAYG and I have over $150 saved up, thats 1000 minutes and I get voicemail and caller ID for free, no system access fee.

Hey guys,
so here is why NOT sign up with bell mobility. I signed up bell mobilty and was put under a CONTRACT for two years. a few months back, bell tried one billing and didn't mail out bills for quite a few months and then I get a bill for $400 something So i made payment arrangments, so the bill will be paid in 4 payments and my account is suspended till then. fair enough.

Now listen to this...so as agreed, I was making the 4 payments...after making my third payment, my account was reactivated....wait..the agreement was not till i make all 4 payments? atleast thats what I was told.. :mad: so i go to make my 4th payment and to close the account I am told I owe not $158 but $230 bucks? WHAT? yes, appaeantly my account has been reactivated, with my knowledge and I am billed $25 to reactivation fee ...frustrated with thier way of conducting business, i wanted to cancel..so now I can't cancel because my account is in reverse and till i dont pay them $230 my account will not be cancelled... :mad: :mad: :mad:

soooo pissed and frustrated I made the payment of my credit card right away and asked them to cancel the account, here comes the twist...my account will not be canceld for another 30 days and I will have to pay for servcie for next 30 days and $199 cancellation fee..this is way before my billing cycle starts..anyways...FINE. JUST BILL ME. BUT CANCEL THE DAMN ACCOUNT..Not to mention how RUDE and Installing thier customer service was..not just the agent..the Supervisor.

a month later I get an invoice for $40 bucks. So I make the payment thinking ..as told, 30days and then cancel. and I make the payment at the bank. a month later I geta bill for $80.44 and i am told my account is not cancelled, it's still activte :mad: <--- wish this face was bigger. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THIS...IS THIS FRAUD? or are they bulling around?

so as it stand my account is still active..and i am being billed..most likely i am going to court for this..but as a good citizen of RFD..i am just letting you guys know...to save yourself from bell..sign up with fido, but dont get into contract..as it turns out I am an ANIT-Bell...no more bell in my life, I just didn't cancel the cell..well trying to..I got rid of my bell home service and signed up with Rogers..its cheaper then bell and is awesome service. I know
they is a long diatnce thing u have to sign up with thier home phone service, but get the LD servcie where if you dont use it you r not billed. Symaptico, i gave that up as well and signed up with 3web..no contract and cheapr then bell. ..I also have sold my bell mutal funds...not gonna deal with so RUDE company....any questions..ask away.

i have two lines under my name - went from family plan to two separate plans. and just recently added campus calling.

unlim weekends/nights starting 8
+ campus calling (free local rogers to rogers, 1000 LD rogers to rogers - $15 regularly but free for students)
+ sys access
+ emergency
+ tax

comes to around 30-32 bucks/month

honestly what i do use, is about half of the 250 mins and around 1000 mins are at night/weekends lol
