I'm re-doing my kitchen and was hoping to find some feedback, recommendations, and opinions.

Here's what I plan on buying.

Jenn-Air double oven
I'm debating between the JJW9630DDW and the JJW9830DDP, I'm really not sure what the difference is.

Cooktop

I'm deciding between the 45" JGD8345ADW and the 48" JGD8348CDP. These cooktops are a lot bigger than what I was looking for, I would have preferred something 36", but these are the only Gas models that have downdraft, which means I wouldn't need one of those hoods coming down from the middle of the room. What's nice is these modesl also allow yo uto switch in a griddle or grill.

I don't believe any other company has the downdraft functionality.

Fridge:

I'm debating between the GE Profile models PSS26PSSSS, PSW26PSSSS, and the Jenn-air model JSD2690HES. It would be cool if I went with the Jenn-air since it looks like all my appliances will be Jenn-air, unless someone here can talk me out of it. The only thing holding me back from buying the Jenn-Air is the fact that the GE Profile models are Dual Eveporator..I'm not sure what to do.

Dishwasher:

This is a hard one as there are a million dishwashers available.

One of the best names is Bosch, but from what I was reading, no Bosch models have a Food Disposal system (chops up food), while some Jenn-Air models do.

I'm considering this Jenn-Air model JDB1250AWP, which does have a food disposal system. It is also supposed to be the most silent model they have, but they dont list the decibal reading, so I can't compare it to the Bosch model.

Warming Tray:

Considering the Jenn-Air one, they only have one.

Trash Compacter:

Jenn-Air only has one model, I don't even know if I'll buy this, do people even use these anymore.

Also, if you could reommend me to anyone who can give me a great deal for this large purpose, I'd appreciate that as well. I'm in Montreal.

Downdraft extractor with gas is not good since it sucks the flame/heat sideways and can burn or overheat pot handles etc. But downdraft is great vs updraft esp if you have an island (I have Jennair electric with downdraft)

For dishwasher, Bosch is good but Asko is much much better. I had Asko in my last house, Bosch now and my next house will definitely be Asko again. For similarly priced/featured models the Asko is quieter, better wash, more flexible stacking. While both do not have a specific food food disposal, they both have a macerator impeller in the sump and I have never had an issue with food particles (of course if you leave bones and whole steaks ymmv)

For ovens, consider a 1 1/2 type oven rather than a double - more flexible, second oven is not as high (or lower oven is not as low...). And I think there are lots better than JennAir (mine are St George made in Australia)

I think Jennair fridges are overpriced for what you get
