LF: Lawyer to register new condo purchase

Will require a lawyer soon to register a new condo suite. Not terribly urgent...but would like some lawyers that you have dealth with.

All I require from the lawyer is

1. Assistance during interim closing (i.e. occupancy), and
2. Assistance with the closing transaction through Ontario's electronic registration system / paperwork, etc
