A friend was telling me about an offer that he had read a while ago on RFD... He said he thought it was still active.

Although he didn't know the details, it entailed something like paying a monthly membership fee, but in turn, being able to buy discounted Gift Certificates..

If anyone can provide me with the link (or even the url for the Thread), that would be greatly, greatly appreciated...
