LF: buying ttc tokens/metropass with athome gift cards?

has anyone found any stores that let you use gift cards from any of the memberworks stores/services to buy ttc tokens/metropasses? it'd certainly make my membership alot more valuable if i could use gift hbc gift cards to but token rolls or monthly metropasses. seeing as these things never go on sale and we can buy alot of hbc cards for example.
I don't thing the bay stores for example right on the subway would bother setting tokens but there might be other stores out there that carry tokens/metropasses and are willing to take gift cards.

Looking to use any of the memberworks works group of giftcards,(Sears, zellers, bay, canadian tire, home depot, home hardware etc etc) like if there was a zellers somewhere that sells ttc tickets and will take gift cards, that'd be great. seeing as we can buy $1500 a year in HBC cards that alone would be a huge savings if used to by metropasses, which never go on sale ever.
