View Full Version : IDEA: compiling list of best restaurants in GTA

Anyone with the knowledge and connoisseur up to the idea?

I think this would be a wicked idea. Normally you go to websites and they just list all the restaurants that you have to sort through. With a summary of the top 5 or so restaurants in each category, dollar for quality, this would be a great idea I think.

Good idea, though I eat way too cheap to be of much use.

Could never afford it, but I've heard good things about Le Papillon (http://www.lepapillon.ca/).

I think the admin or whoever should make a site that lists all the restaurants in the GTA or all of Canada and the members can put their input in.

Toronto Life comes out with a couple of interesting issues each year including the best places to eat, where to get stuff cheap, etc. July's issue was best cheap eats!

The mag isn't the be all and end all, but it's worth checking out so you can try some of the places they list.

Theres a website - www.restaurantica.com (http://www.restaurantica.com) that lists restaurants in Ontario and allows us to submit our reviews and comments. You can also add a restaurant to their list.

Hehehe.. I was just going to update my list today too! Haven't done an update in a while.

I browsed through it last weekend at Chapters. It was very interesting and I regret not picking up a copy right then.
