Transflash, 256mb or 512mb

Hi, I was wondering where a good place to get Transflash memory (for my v635) would be? The only decent place I've found is Canada Computers, which has the 256mb for $39.99. Ebay isn't a good resource either, especially considering no-one in Canada seems to be selling one.

Is the 512mb even out yet? I heard it was, but Sandisk.com has no mention of it...
