Hi

I'm one of those people who actually cannot stand dark meat on a chicken.. If its not a breast, I wont go near it..

Just wondering if that place Bourbon St. Grill is white meat or not, I asked somebody there earlier who was working but she had no clue, and said she was a vegetarian.. Go figure.

It always looks good when I walk by..

yeah... dark meat rocks.
As for bourbon st. grill? Their food looks AMAZING.
Their presentation for a fast food place is Off the charts.
But heres the thing....... their food doesnt taste good =\
it looks sooo freakin good, but ittaste like ****. Not much taste... and the bbq meats have nice color, but they just taste like meat..... the seasoning is there, but its probably not enuff salt or msg.

You expect fast food joints to actually serve you white meat? No Bouborn is dark meat. I love chicken regardless if it's dark or white.

i'm being paranoid.. but i'm only into white meat for some reason..
*shrug*

thanks for the input, though. i'll definitely NOT be buying this. I'll just hit the teriyaki experience or Edo instead

I am a fan of chicken breast but dark meat has the flavour, theres really no flavour in white meat.

Blood Claat man Dark meat is the better of the two i know it all boils down to whom ever's preference but it is the better parts.
The closer to the bone or more bone in the better.

ITs all dark meat. Dark meat is cheaper so it's more profitable for them. Some of the items like the mustard chicken etc is coated with flour and stuff anyways so it's hard to tell by just looking.

Once had the blackened chicken which is one of their non floured chickens, and it was so very pink on the inside.

Their food isn't the best but you do get a lot for approx $6.

I usually eat half now and then half later or share one 3 item with someone.

Don't try eating this when it gets cold or reheating in the mocrowave as the dark chicken smells really "fresh" as it steams up in the microwave.

Dark meat is good when Broiled/barbecued like Nando's and possibly KFC's twoonie tuesday if eaten hot, but the choice of meat for me cooked any other way is usually breast and i often pay the $1.50 per piece of non breast to upgrade to breasts whenever I buy Popeyes.
