Hey, just tried two new flavours of flaked tuna from Clover Leaf

Lemon Pepper - a nice lemony taste
Cpicy Thai Chili - very tasty, sweet with heat!

This is an easy way to get some tasty protein at work.
Comes in a small pop-top 85g can.
Actually, reminded me of acan of cat food when I opened it. >:(

I've been eating those singles portions for months now. I'd say it's probably about a year old since they introduced it.

Currently .99 cents at Price Choppers.

tuna is heathy, the lemon one is a good choice, high protein, low in fat

Why not just buy a can of regular tuna and squeeze lemon juice into it? That way you get fresh lemon.

of all the ones i tried, i still like the olive oil one the best. at least the fat will be healthy fats. easy 22 grams of protein for midday snack

I buy them from Costco, they are sold in 6 packs (3 different flavors) and I think its' like 8.99.

That's fringe!

Once again, Price Chopper has them for .99 cent EACH.
