Drive, about 8km from school, but gonna try out the bike this fall to see how it goes.
Besides parking is only $100 for 4 months, so I can't complain.

Bike.
PS: Kingston bike rules piss me off. If you're going to make a bylaw preventing me from biking on the sidewalks, please tell all the ******* drivers to yeild to cyclists and stop people from parking along the sides of roads. THere is really no space to bike safely on some roads. (If you know Kingston, Brock and Johnston are suicide for biking.)

morning mom drives to bus station, then bus+subway (about 1 hour and 20 minutes)
(I live in Thornhill so otherwise I have to pay double fair, I just get a ride to steeles)
afternoon
subway + bus for about 1.5-2 hours
and to think that to get to yorku would take me 20 minutes by bus :(

I just graduated from U o f T. It took me 20 mins on the subway everyday for 4 years.
In Sept, I will do my Master at Carleton and will be living on campus. So instead of being far away from school, I will be far away from everything else!

I bus to UBC for 50mins. takes so long for the bus to get to school. do u guys know why? well, ill tell u. its cuz theres like 2 stops on EVERY BLOCK which is like stopping EVERY 20 SECONDS OR LESS!!!
On a good day, it takes the bus 30mins when its like 2pm when everyone is already at skool.
I hate the frickin BC Transit bus system. making so many fricking stops on every block. They should make only 1 stop per 5 blocks cuz its really annoying, like a stop, go, stop, go, non stop till it reaches the highway b4 it reaches the campus, FRICK! All these stops make the BC Bus Transit so INEFFICIENT, even the SKYTRAIN is 100x better. I get to SFU bus loop in 15-20mins!! FRICK!!! TELL THEE FRICKIN OLD PPL TO WALK TO A MAIN BUS STOP SO THERE WOULDNT BE STOPS EVERY 20 SECONDS!! FRICKKKK!!!
ALSO, on East 41st street, theres a bus every 5-10 mins, but on 49th st, theres a bus every 15-20mins, and sometimes they have 2 busses coming at once! the busses on E49th route ar so F'ed up!!! Such non constant bus times, FRICK THEM!!!
Yes, im pissed.. someone should complain to BC Transit...

NetSweep categorized RFD as a chatting site.
It's an inconvenience to go to that site (can't remember) and get past it.
Or use virtual browser!
Yes, kilarney, you are special.

Let's see:
25 minutes on bus, then
40 minutes on train, and finally
25 minutes on the metro.
-----------------------
90 mins X 2 = 3h everyday lost in transportation, at least I can write some papers on my laptop.
Oh and it costs 146$ per month for the unlimited transport card.
Well, I think that's the price to live in a cozy suburb of Montréal :|

3-4 hours a day on the bus for 3 years of school, now 3 hours a day on the bus/subway for work.
The TTC should erect a statue in my honour...
