Good morning.

I just wanted to say what a pain it is to login to ROSI. First, I had to maintain my PIN number as soon as I logged on by answering 3 personal questions that I made in first year.

As a consequence, I didn't get into the section I wanted for ECE316. I finally registered for ECE472 but that course is the least of my worries.

ECE320,ECE342, and ECE311 are going to be mad rushes for the best lecture and lab sections.

I get to register for ECE413/472 and CHE353 for now.

You better wait till around 10 and see what they are going to do about it.

I couldn't add CS spring courses either, waiting for CSC343S. I was refreshing the page at 6am. :) Ya, another friend also wants CSC418S too.

Another friend from 3rd year could only add 2 courses and he's been up at 6am too. Bad luck...

So sad.... engineers having to fight for courses like artsies... and these are for core courses too...

Gotta wait for the 22nd and then fight for those bird courses for HSS/CS electives...

Good luck eces... i don't have to fight until later

Sigh.....

And what's worse, I get to do it all over again to fight for one of the (very) few spots available to ECEs for the AI and Natural language computing courses (CS courses) I want to take..

sigh. I hate waking up early in the morning. Why, why, why did they choose 6:00AM? Why not 12:00AM? Or 9:00AM? You know, a reasonable time. It's not like they had people monitoring things at 6:00 to resolve any issues..

I dunno if you are going to read this on time, but the it's back up now.

Yeah, HSS/CS is going to be the worst thing ever, for those who don't know this by now, just you wait...

God, it seems like ROSI is running on a dual 486DX

Well, I'm done registering. Pretty much got what I wanted except for ECE320. I'll have to wait and see if I get the section/practicals that I want.

I was cursing at ROSI so much and loudly that the neighbours were looking at me.

Its in your best interest to take the offering with Karan Singh. He usually teaches the F section.

Edit: I was referring to CSC418
