where have you had your best prime rib??

mine was at sparks in niagara falls unfortunately there no longer there..
anyone got any nice places they can share??

in my house, made by my own hands, using beef from the local butcher.

it was mouth-watering and soooo tender.

it is available to buy prime rib roasts, and prime rib steaks. altho a nice roast will cost $60-$80. too rich for me, but a friend of mine has cooked them for special occasions.

yes, spending that much can be really painful, but mmmm, the results are damn good.

also, occasionally loblaws/superstore has prime rib on sale and you can get a decent sized roast for about $35.

My kitchen - 4 rib Angus (expensive as hell) slow-roasted in a salt-jacket to perfection. I've done about these and 7 of them have been awesome, 2 mediocre, but the Xmas 2003 roast stands out as....
