Cogeco HDTV Offers?

I'm looking to get HDTV from Cogeco and I was wondering if anyone knows of any promos that they might have going on. I remember Rogers would give you a free HD PVR with the trade-in of satellite receiver...or am I wrong? Would a DirecTV receiver work?

The Cogeco cable guy finally found out I had free cable for the last 9 months. I thought it was a good time to upgrade my cable to HDTV. He did offer some trade in if I had satellite(which I don't), I think free 2 year rental of receiver...

I was going to get a package for $44 HDTV package and $15 for PVR rental/month... but I decided to buy a HDTV from futureshop ($399 the cheapest one) for free 1 year of cogeco HDTV and rental... I haven't activated yet, but I'll let you know if it works out...

EDIT: It's just for free PVR and HDTV (not the regular channels) for one year. You still need to get the regular $45 package. Back goes the TV...
