I agree, I would say that not so much a big mistake as it is a lack of self-control and sense! On the bright side, to have been able to access that much, the guy must have a decent financial cushion to fall back on.

not exercising more as a child. It's hard to build up once your physiology's pretty much set (i.e. you don't grow new muscle cells after puberty).

But seriously...if I was given the chance to live my life again, I probably wouldn't change a thing. Who I am today is a product of all that occurred to me in the past -- lumps and all. I'm happy with who I am today, and that's a product of all the goods things, and all the mistakes, that I've made in the past.

I did that once,

To the OP, what did you play to lose that much? Did you double your bets each time you lose or what? Must've gotten really emotional and out of hand.

Or maybe not, if you're like the guys who play $1000-$4500 per hand. Now that's crazy.

I'm still young and dumb and have no major regrets/mistakes to date. Even if I can mention one or two to date, it'll be peanuts compared to the ones I'm sure I'll make in the coming years decades!! I guarantee it  The worse has yet to come.....

Lets go from most recent to oldest mistakes/regrets...

- not going to all my classes in university
- not going to enough parties in university
- not living up to my potential in university
- lying to my parents/family about my marks in university
- getting my roommate kicked out of rez for selling pot
- cheating on a physics midterm
- being mean to my younger sister
- not having many friends that i've kept in touch with

...so many more, too little time. i'm not one of those people who can say they'd do it the same all over again. i wish i had of done things differently, but, i accept my actions and will forever have to live a life that is maybe not quite as "easy" as it could have been. oh well, c'est la vie.

That's almost funny. I guess you must know what its like to bring to mind the things on that list. I just try to forget my regrets and move on...some of the things though, I can correct and some I can't...I don't know if I'll ever tell my parents that my marks are at least 10% lower than they think. And I don't think I'll ever tell my roommate I got him kicked out. He shouldn't have been selling a grand of dope per week anyways, he wasn't a bad guy.
